Sharing Secrets

To celebrate my 25 years in Italy, I have recently self-published my collection of recipes I used for the past 20 years at my cooking school Divina Cucina in Florence.

The cookbook started out as a handwritten, spiral-bound, foto-copied edition which I gave to my students. It was easier to have a whole collection to use as we created our menu's at the market.

I closed the school in May of 2008 and took the time to recreate it as a more permanent collection which I could also sell at the bookstores here.

I created my own handwriting font and worked hand-in-hand with a local printer to create a book which I am very proud of!

The book is sewn as well as glued to be able to hold together with kitchen use!

Every other page is lined for note-taking.

There are almost 100 of my favorite recipes from my classes and if you start adding the recipes on my site and the ones which I keep adding to my blog, the book will fill up quickly and become your all time favorite!

To order you own autographed copy, you can use the link online.

The book is €20 plus shipping and handling. ( two books can be sent at the same price).

NOTE: July 1, 2009-
Shipping costs from Italy have just jumped from 11,50 (I was charging 10 euro) to 18 euro. I am now shipping boxes to America and the books will be shipped from the states.

The books with be autographed, but not personalized.

Grazie!
